The studio behind the work.
Nexvia is a founder-led software studio in Hyderabad. We build Tally-connected products, websites and business tools that reduce repeat data entry and help teams work with current information.

I’m Harsh Bagrecha, founder of Nexvia. Working with my family’s electrical business showed me how much time teams lose to quotations, stock checks and repeated accounting work.
I lead product decisions, design, delivery and support, using modern development tools to turn those needs into software.
Our work now includes Nexvia Books, Nexvia Finalise, client websites and business applications. Each starts with a practical problem and a clear scope.

From family-business automation to a studio for Indian businesses.
The first use cases came from a working business: quotations, stock and accounting. Those needs still shape our product decisions.
Raj Yash Electricals, a 30-year-old electrical hardware shop run by my family in Troop Bazar, Hyderabad, had grown into a beast that paper and pencil couldn't keep up with. Thirteen brand catalogues. Five hundred-plus SKUs. Multi-tier discount structures that changed every six months. Stock spread across two godowns. And one Tally instance that everyone fought with.
At the shop, the same problems kept coming back: slow quotations, uncertain stock counts and repeated Tally work. The tools grew from spreadsheet automation into desktop and web applications, each built around a task people needed to complete.
Word travelled. A friend running a wellness studio in Ballari needed a real website. Then a CA practice in Karnataka. Then a boutique in north India. Each project ran end-to-end through me: discovery, design, build, deploy, maintain. The pattern held: fix a real, expensive bottleneck; ship something that gets used; charge a fair fixed price; stay around after launch.
That pattern still guides the studio: agree on the scope, build and test the workflow, then support it after launch.
Four working principles that don't bend.
Every engagement runs the same way. These are the operating rules that separate Nexvia from the next-cheapest alternative, and the ones we'd point to if a project ever went sideways.
Signed quotes, no scope creep
Once we agree on a written quote and you sign, the price doesn't move. If scope expands mid-engagement we stop, discuss, write a revised quote, and only then resume. You never get a "by the way, the bill is higher" email.
Replies under 2 hours
Send a brief, ask a question, share a change request: you get a real reply, not an autoresponder, within 2 hours on weekdays. Most messages get a same-hour answer. No support portals, no "raise a ticket" friction.
WhatsApp first
Reach us where you already are. Most clients chat us before email, and that's by design. Send a one-line message, share a screen recording, drop a deadline. We meet you on the channel you already live in.
Numbers over adjectives
Every project closes with measurable outcomes: hours saved per week, orders gained, errors eliminated, Lighthouse score, time-to-quote. We'd rather under-promise and have the numbers prove the case afterwards.
Five quiet convictions that shape every project.
These don't show up on quotes. They show up in the work.
Real problems beat flashy stacks.
The right tool is the one that solves your bottleneck. Sometimes that's a Next.js app, sometimes it's a 200-line VBA macro. We pick the boring solution that lasts.
Source code belongs to you.
On every engagement, you receive full source code, credentials, and documentation at handover. No lock-in. If you want to take it to another developer next year, you can.
Indian businesses deserve real engineering.
The market has been stuck between cheap-and-broken and expensive-and-bloated for too long. We exist to make production-grade engineering accessible to Indian businesses without the enterprise tax.
The first version should ship.
Perfect is the enemy of shipped. We launch lean, gather real-user feedback, and iterate weekly post-launch. A live v1 with two known limitations beats an unfinished v3 forever.
Stay around after launch.
30 days of free post-launch fixes are written into every contract. Beyond that, we offer a maintenance retainer. We don't ship and disappear: most of our work compounds across years with the same client.
A name with two halves.
A stack chosen for longevity.
No single framework rules every project. We pick the stack that fits, and we avoid trends that won't outlive the project. Below is what's been in production for Nexvia clients in the past 12 months.

Have a project in mind? Let's talk.
One brief, one proposal within 24 hours, replies under 2 hours on weekdays, source code at launch. The conversation usually starts with a one-line WhatsApp message. That's enough.
